Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a high-caliber Fractional Marketing & Brand Experience Lead to spearhead the total brand revitalization and digital growth of a leading European Fintech.
You will serve as the dedicated "brain" for this client, bridging the gap between financial rigor and modern tech appeal, and transform a strong user base into a thriving digital community.
Your goal is to shift the brand narrative from "traditional financing" to a "tech-first, agile alternative to banking".
As the Fractional Marketing & Brand Experience Lead, you will be the primary bridge between the Client’s vision and the our Execution Engine. You are not just a project manager of an agency; you are the conductor of a multi-disciplinary "Growth Lab" that operates with the speed of a startup and the resources of an enterprise.
Unlike traditional roles where you operate in a vacuum, you will have the full resources of our Global Agency at your disposal. You will benefit from the direct support of C-level leadership and integrated access to our specialized units, including Data & Insights, Dev, Creative, SEO/GEO, and Media Buying
Responsibilities
- Brand Evolution & Aesthetic Leadership: Directly oversee the removal of "legacy" positioning, offering and identity. You will work to acelerate the brand into a more sophisticated "Fintech/Tech" identity that emphasizes collaboration, teamwork, and professionalism.
- Growth & Social Performance: Bridge the gap between a massive database of users and current social presence. You will design a "pay-to-play" social strategy (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads) to drive organic growth through high-value content.
- Reputation Management (Trust Strategy): Take ownership of review scores. Analyze critical reviews to identify friction points and execute a communication plan that restores transparency and trust.
- Asset Optimization: Maximize existing "sleeping assets," including a high-performing podcasts, and major sponsorships.
- Strategic Stakeholder Management: Work directly with the the Board to validate new market positioning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in Marketing, focused on digital, with background in Fintech, SaaS, or high-growth tech environments.
- The "Sexy" Factor: A portfolio that proves you can take complex, "boring" financial concepts and turn them into compelling, creative narratives.
- Data-Driven: Proficiency in Data, with the ability to understand statistics, testing concepts, and why not . . .a pivot table.
- Technical Literacy: Comfortable working with "embrionary" tech platforms, backoffice teams, and digital-first customer flows.
- Agility: Ability to deliver high-quality deliverable in tight deadlines. :)
