Responsibilities
- Collaborate on Live Projects: Assist our lead strategists and developers in executing deliverables for international clients.
- Market Research & Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by researching industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging digital tools.
- Content & Campaign Support: Help draft copy, assist in SEO audits, or support the deployment of PPC and social media campaigns.
- Data Reporting: Learn to navigate platforms like Google Analytics, SEMRush, or Figma to help compile performance reports and design assets.
- Internal Brainstorming: Participate in creative "sprints" to solve internal bottlenecks or pitch new ideas for client growth.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Technical Literacy: Familiarity with the "Basics" (Prefered some experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linkedin Ads, Gemini, ChatGPT, n8n, Zapier) and an eagerness to master agency tools (e.g., Slack, Trello/Asana, Canva, or basic HTML/CSS).
- Analytical Mindset: An ability to look at a set of numbers or a design and ask, "Why is this working (or not working)?"
- Portfolio/Projects: (Optional but preferred) Any personal projects, blogs, or previous class work that showcases your interest in the digital space.
