We're looking for a Digital Activation Executive.

The ideal candidate is a conversion-oriented team player, passionate about the digital ecosystem and innovation in media, and an independent learner who takes pride in gathering accurate data and acting fast on it. 

This role will report to the Head of Activation and work closely with strategists, project managers, and other specialized teams.

• Co-develop digital strategies focused on digital marketing activation - heavy lift on the acquisition loop for national and international clients.
• Performance-based campaign tactical planning, Implementation, and optimization. This will include the top-tier walled gardens, especially Google and Meta Ads.
• Provide team guidance and training to improve team knowledge and performance.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Performance Marketing, especially in Google and Meta Ads
• Working knowledge of Analytics tools and digital measurement challenges 
• English Proficiency: B2+

• Ability to communicate clearly to varying audiences and collaborate actively with others in cross-functional teams.
• Work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
• Be up-to-date with the latest trends and tactics to excel in your responsibilities.
• Be confident in presenting and putting together a Powerpoint Deck.
